WebTorrent only supports connecting to WebRTC peers and out of the most wildly used Bittorrent clients, only Vuze/BiglyBT supports it. You dont want to use WebTorrent in Brave anyways tbh. It wont anonymize you if thats what youre wondering. In the Extensions tab, go ahead and disable every active extension by ensuring that the toggle related to every extension is disabled.
